When using core features, we do not collect:
- Document contents or uploaded files
- Personal data embedded in files
- Passwords or private keys
4. Information We May Collect
a. Authentication Data (Pro Features)
If you sign in using third-party providers (Google, Microsoft), we may receive: name, email address. We do not store passwords.
b. Technical Data
We may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, and anonymous usage metrics to improve performance and reliability.
5. Cookies and Tracking
SuperSecureDoc may use minimal cookies or similar technologies for authentication sessions and basic functionality. We do not use invasive tracking or sell user data.
6. Data Processing
All document processing occurs locally in your browser or on your device using secure technologies. We do not transmit document contents to our servers unless explicitly required by a feature you choose to use. For core signing and verification features, files remain under your control.

Since files are not uploaded or stored, SuperSecureDoc does not retain document data. Account-related data (if applicable) is retained only as long as necessary.

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication mechanisms, access controls, and measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information. 10. SuperSecureDoc HSM Connector
The SuperSecureDoc HSM Connector is a companion desktop application that enables communication between supported web browsers and hardware security devices such as YubiKeys, smart cards, and PKCS#11-compatible hardware security modules (HSMs).
- Does not upload documents to SecureDoc servers
- Does not transmit or store private cryptographic keys
- Does not collect document contents
- Stores only the minimum local configuration data required for pairing and operation
- Performs cryptographic operations locally on the user's device
- Uses local device communication solely for browser-to-application connectivity
Private keys remain under the control of the connected hardware device and never leave the hardware token.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Restrict or object to certain processing activities
